General Hospital Spoilers: Jason Is Back, But Is That Who Everyone Sees?
General Hospital spoilers reveal the week everyone has been waiting for. Steve Burton is back as Jason Morgan, but is there more to this return than meets the eye?
The Jason Setup
We know someone going by the name Stone has been targeting the mobsters of Port Charles and took out Olivia Jerome. He has also been trying to take out Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) for months and now is after Selina Wu (Lydia Look).
Sonny, Selina, Ava Jerome (Maura West), and Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) gather at the warehouse where they’ve laid a trap, but also have no idea the FBI is on their trail.
Everyone is watching what goes on from afar and are shocked by what and who they see. It could be Jason, it could be someone else, but it seems highly unlikely that Jason would reveal himself so soon. This is a soap and these things must be drawn out, right?
Dante Draws His Gun
Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) wants to stop whatever his father is up to and also protect him. When he sees a mysterious figure on the docks he draws his gun, but who turns around? While it seems like it would be Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), what if it is not and there is a second return?
But then where is Jason? A preview photo shows him with what seems like a bullet wound with blood on his hands. Does Jason get shot and needs help or does someone else need help?
Things are not what they seem in Port Charles and with good reason. The name Stone could belong to Stone Cold, Morgan Stone (Bryan Craig), or even John ‘Jagger’ Cates’ (Adam Harrington) son. The possibilities are endless and Port Charles will never be the same when all is said and done.
This return — or returns — is set to change everything for everyone who ever knew Jason or was involved with Sonny’s organization. What could it even mean for Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) if Sonny has his real enforcer back and doesn’t care much about Dex and what he might know anymore? And then, there is Carly (Laura Wright)…
Tune into General Hospital weekdays on ABC to see how these stories play out.
