General Hospital Spoilers: Is Lucas’ Life in Danger If Pascal Goes Rogue?
General Hospital Spoilers reveal Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) laid it on thick to Dr. Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) on Monday.
It’s unclear whether Lucas is going to truly keep up his end of the deal and be there for his beau, or if he’s just going with the flow to try to get to the bottom of what his boyfriend is doing — which is clearly intent on having Lucas’ brother-in-law, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), killed.
Will Lucas really turn his cheek to Marco working with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) to take down the father of Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) kids? I can’t see it.
Regardless of whether Lucas is just playing along or if he’s truly on board with Marco seeing this through, someone else is aware of Lucas’ newfound knowledge — Pascal (Marc Forget), and he’s not likely to be so forgiving.
Pascal Keeps Pushing
Pascal has already taken quite a hit listening to Sidwell drone on and on about how important Marco’s happiness is to him.
If Marco is happy, then Sidwell expects that to matter to his faithful servant — which we all know is an understatement for what he is to Sidwell.
Still, he broached the subject again to warn his boss about Lucas eavesdropping on his conversation with Marco.
Did Pascal’s plan to plant a seed of doubt in Sidwell’s mind about his son work, or will he continue to have a blind spot where Marco is concerned?
Carly Comes Closer
Carly was already angling for getting access to Wyndemere so she could properly snoop around and figure out what Sidwell and Marco are up to.
Now that Lucas has confirmed she was right about her brother’s beau, you’d think the job just got easier. But Lucas still wants to see the good in his guy.
So he’s probably not going to join forces with Carly anytime soon to help her find whatever it is she’s looking for to take back to Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).
Carly won’t just be putting herself at risk if she starts sticking her nose into Sidwell’s business now, but she may also risk her brother’s safety too.
Lucas on the Line
Ultimately, Carly may have to wager what’s more important to her — her agreement with Valentin that will help her take Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) down, or her baby brother’s life.
Yes, the stakes are high in the world Sidwell plays in, and even more so, Pascal doesn’t appear to be playing around.
If Sidwell won’t take the risk seriously, that doesn’t mean Pascal won’t. Will Carly’s reckless pursuit of burying Jack end up burying herself and Lucas in one fell swoop — and possibly quite literally? Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers to find out.
