General Hospital spoilers leak Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) only had the best of intentions when he told his father —Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) — that he had a new milestone to add to his bucket list.
Holding he and Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) first child was a proposal Gregory didn’t expect to hear but was delighted when he did.
That being said, it’s a big ask to request that a man who could barely maintain his breath enough to get through their wedding ceremony stick around until Chase has his first child. Just when will that be anyway?
General Hospital Spoilers — This Isn’t the First Time
While technically it would be Chase’s first child, it’s not the first time he’ll be playing house with Brook Lynn and their baby.
When Brook Lynn was pretending to be Bailey Louise Jones’ (Lincoln and Teddy Sykes) mother, Chase jumped in to rescue her after it was discovered that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) was not actually Bailey Lou’s father.
Pretending to be her dad and lying to his whole family to pull it off was a big risk, but Chase took it for the right reasons. Now, it sounds like these two can’t wait to become parents together — and for real this time.
GH Spoilers Reveal Brook Lynn Could Already Be Expecting
Some fans are wondering whether Chase’s challenge for his father to keep holding out on giving into ALS wasn’t a signal that his next grandchild is expected sooner than he knows.
Is it possible that Brook Lynn might already have a baby on board? Maybe the happy couple didn’t want to break the news until they were official.
Perhaps they’re waiting until they find the right way to tell their families. Either way, the fans would be delighted to see this pair become parents. After all, it’s not every day there is a couple on GH that most people actually agree belong together.

Of course, both Chase and Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) don’t really want to see the writing that is very much on the wall when it comes to their father. He is declining — and more rapidly than any of them expected.
Asking him to hand on for another nine months or longer might actually be too much to ask. Of course, there may have been nothing more to Chase’s comment than sentiment and sharing the overwhelming joy he feels about starting his life with Brook Lynn.
