Brick is promoting Dex as the rat a little too enthusiastically, plus he’s been flirting with Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) and talking a lot to Carly Spencer (Laura Wright).

Originally Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) hired Dex to infiltrate Sonny’s mob, with the end game a takedown by the Feds; so how did Brick get involved vetting him?
And how did Michael set things up so Brick wouldn’t find anything on him-the only thing that makes sense is if Brick was in on it all along. And now, with the FBI involved, Brick has to have a fall guy to cover himself-and he caught a lucky break with seeing Dex’s credit card.
Brick once talked about a “West Coast threat” which didn’t supposedly materialize-John “Jagger” Cates (Adam Harrington) came from the West Coast to investigate recently.
Brick has always been overly friendly with Carly, and there might be a reason for that-inside information, and the same with his flirtation with Jordan.

One big question is if Michael is aware of Brick’s ongoing involvement and not wanting to let go of taking Sonny down and using Dex for a fall guy. Motive—might Brick want Sonny’s territory to do his own mob-related business, was Brick possibly talking about himself as the “West Coast threat”?
Another big question is how Jordan knew about Brick in the first place-it’s not a usual thing for her to seek help from Sonny’s people. And yet, she’s seemed to have fallen right into it by trusting Brick just a little too much-flattery seems to be getting him everywhere.

Brick really seems in a hurry for Sonny to get rid of Dex, and maybe that’s because Brick has been under the scrutiny of Agent Cates for a while himself.
If Brick has a fall guy then it takes the heat off of him, and he doesn’t have to worry so much about exposure. If indeed that’s what Brick’s up to, it’s a totally different reason than Michael had to hire Dex-Dex has never aspired to being a mob boss with his own territory.
This means Brick’s real end game is to eliminate his competition, just like Cates said. Four mob bosses have been targets already and now it’s Sonny’s turn!

Now that’s a possibility. My husband suggested a week ago that Brick may be the one going after Sonny.
Brick being the mole makes sense. It’s got to be someone we all know.
I used to love this guy but I’ve gotten to where I can barely tolerate the sound of his voice. It seems like he’s taking on a sneaky, lecherous, creepy persona. It’s time Sonny sends him back to wherever and bring Spinelli on full time. There is nothing or nowhere that Spin can’t go or do… especially with Jason coming home!???
Spoilers are really doing a good job of making Brick a suspect in the shootings. Personally, I don’t believe it is any of those being presented at this time.
This is absolutely ridiculous, why is everyone so bent of Brick being the mole? From my point if view Brick is only reporting what the report shows. Brick has been in support is Sonny for many years why all of a sudden would he go rogue?
