General Hospital spoilers tease Drew seeming more and more unlike himself as his disdain for Nina takes on new heights.
General Hospital Spoilers: Who Is This Drew Cain?
Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) has not acted quite like himself since returning from the dead and to Port Charles but he is now getting more erratic by the day.
First, the old Drew Cain would NEVER put anyone above his own daughter, Scout, especially Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), a woman who dropped him like a hot potato several years back when she learned that he was not Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) after all.
Drew was also not as corporate and obsessed with being wealthy as this Drew is, which really makes us wonder what happened to him in that Grecian prison where Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) kept him for nearly three years.
We know what happened when he was in Pentonville. He was beaten after he stupidly volunteered to go to jail AND agreed to spy for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Now, that is being used as an excuse for a brand-new angry personality that is not the Drew we remember at all.
Dark Drew Seems To Know No Bounds
Now that Drew knows that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) turned him and Carly in for committing a crime, Drew is hellbent on revenge and has even threatened Nina with violence.
Carly wants to move on and forget about this vendetta, but Drew is not done. He claims he is going to take everything Nina has and leave her begging for mercy.
He is about to get into her face again and looks as if he might truly hurt her. Even Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), and Carly are worried about this strange change they see in Drew and wonder if they can help him before it’s too late.
They better think of something soon or Drew might end up doing something to Nina a more sane Drew would regret.
Is he suffering from PTSD after being beaten in the prison shower or is there something more going on with Dark Drew than meets the eye? Maybe when Jason returns, we will learn more about his twin than we ever knew before.
