General Hospital Spoilers: Is Ava Bound to Be Nina’s Downfall with Sonny?
General Hospital spoilers say Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) just might stop looking over her shoulder every day as she moves into the future with her hubby-to-be, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Hearing Martin ‘Marty’ Grey (Michael E. Knight) say the SEC was putting the case to bed and no one would ever learn she was the tipster was music to her paranoid ears.
It’s true — well, just as long as Ava Jerome (Maura West) doesn’t tell anyone what she knows. The last thing Nina is expecting is that her best friend would turn on her in such a cruel way, but Ava has a track record for burning her friendships to the ground at times. Why should Nina remain exempt?

Nina is over the moon. For once, everything is going her way. She is planning her wedding with Sonny and actually believes it’s going to happen.
Her daughter, Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen), has opened her arms and home to her birth mom. They’re turning over a new leaf.
Best of all, no one is ever going to know it was Nina who turned Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) in to the SEC. So she’s at no risk of losing Sonny or Willow — or so she thinks.
GH Spoilers Spill Sonny is a Savior
Concurrently, Ava has been sharing one too many late night phone calls and meetings with her ex. She may not be able to resist another man in power, even if he is attached to the mob — a life she swears she left behind.
Is Ava actually into Sonny and reconsidering how she feels about him? We wouldn’t put it past her, considering the way she tends to fall for any man who comes to her rescue.
Any man but Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth), that is.

The truth is, Ava is going to feel rather indebted to Sonny. He has swooped in to save her from herself after Austin tried to and failed. Instead, his attempts to help her only served her up on a silver platter for blackmail.
Sonny is finding clever ways to diminish the stress and anxiety hanging over Ava’s head, and she won’t forget it when his life starts to spiral and she knows Nina is the cause.
