General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that Heather Webber (Alley Mills) will be intrigued by what she learns. It’s likely that she will sneak in and out of Spring Ridge, and finds out Esmé Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) is likely being held captive by Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma).
General Hospital Spoilers: Reconnaissance Mission
It will be pretty easy for Heather to sneak in and out of Spring Ridge as she has from many sanitariums and prisons before. Heather, just like Esmé, was easily able to get a key to Ryan Chamberlain’s (Jon Lindstrom) cell and unlock it and go right in while getting out of hers easily. D’Archam is the only institution that she hasn’t been able to escape on her own, and that is only because it’s a supermax prison.
Since Ryan doesn’t want to reveal his “healing” from his locked-in syndrome, which he has been faking all along just yet, Heather will be the one to do reconnaissance missions. She knows all about, as Ryan also likely does, the tunnels under Port Charles that run under the harbor and out to Spoon Island, and the one into Wyndemere as well.
GH Spoilers: The Last Place Their Daughter Was Seen
It makes sense to Ryan and Heather that starting at the last place their daughter was seen, that she likely was waiting for the launch that goes to Spoon Island. Ryan knows that Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) was attacked by Esmé right before she disappeared; and Esmé was involved with Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez).
Ryan also knows that Esmé had completed her seduction of Nikolas, because she had told him that several months ago when trying to break up his marriage. The end game was for Ryan to claim Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) after her divorce from Nikolas and win her back to himself. Of course, Heather doesn’t know that part of it and it’s doubtful now that she will.
General Hospital Spoilers: Lurking In The Living Room
Heather uses the tunnels and lurks in the living room of Wyndemere Castle, behind the secret door, but doesn’t reveal herself as she listens. She hears Elizabeth and Nikolas talking about Esmé and her baby, and how Nikolas plans to turn Esmé in after the baby is born. Her jaw drops realizing she’s going to be a grandmother and she doesn’t deem Nikolas fit to raise the baby, and wonders if Esmé’s pregnant craving is a Kelly’s BLT.
She realizes she had better scurry back to Spring Ridge before someone notices her missing, and she tells Ryan of what she’s learned. Ryan is blindsided at the pregnancy news and wonders why their daughter didn’t tell him-and he has to help rescue her from Nikolas, she won’t know her mother.
