The General Hospital spoilers suggest that Gladys has a gambling addiction. The user LFBHasGreatHair posted on the SoapCentral.com Message Boards: “Gladys has a gambling addiction. When all is revealed I hope she is given the same treatment (good and bad) as Sasha received for her drug addiction, Finn received for his drug addiction, Alexis received for her alcohol addiction, etc.”
Gladys could end up at Ferncliff as well. Other fans took to the thread to share their thoughts. One fan noted that Gladys’ gambling addiction will catch up with her.
She’s also using it to take down Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson), who’s also stuck there. Gladys encouraged Sasha to turn herself in. Some fans believe that her actions are going to catch up with her.
“I do hope that Gladys does have some ramifications because this isn’t something that’s only hurting her. She’s totally taking down Sasha,” one fan before adding, “Personally, I believe that Gladys’ family will help her get the treatment that she needs and will be by her side.”

The General Hospital spoilers reveal a sad storyline. Gladys spent all of Sasha’s money. She drugged her and took her money, which she gambled away. Fans are hoping that she will get exposed for her dirty deeds.
“I hope that when Sasha hits bottom, Nina is there for her and just forgets about stupid Willow in favor of the girl who should have been her daughter,” a fan commented.
