General Hospital Spoilers: Furious Portia Reels, Trina Turns Up Pregnant?
General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease furious Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) reels, as if it weren’t bad enough she couldn’t stop Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) from going to New York City.
Trina and Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) made love the first time on their romantic weekend, but apparently Trina’s birth control failed-could she find herself pregnant soon?
General Hospital Spoilers: Trina Robinson May Not Have Started The Pill Early Enough
Spencer and Trina’s trip was kind of spur of the moment, and even though Trina planned to lose her virginity that weekend, she may not have started the pill early enough!
Usually birth control pills don’t work instantaneously, and she may not have thought far enough ahead to get a morning after pill just in case. Not to mention she probably had to sneak around GH to even get a prescription, to avoid her nosy and controlling mother from finding out.
Portia had wanted to and was going to try to prevent Trina from going on the trip with Spencer, possibly even colluding with the daycare at The Invader to stop it.
Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) who Portia had the nerve to collude with before to stop Trina and Spencer from being together said Ace Prince-Cassadine (Joey and Jay Clay) had chickenpox!
GH Spoilers: Portia Robinson Tried To Get Curtis Ashford To Stop Her
Portia had even tried to get Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) to stop her, since Trina and Curtis had bonded as birth father and daughter.
Perhaps she’d have had better luck with her ex, Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews) who’ll always be “Dad” to Trina, he might have followed them!
Not that Portia hadn’t thought of that herself-but Curtis convinced her that she couldn’t keep a leash on her daughter forever. As for Curtis, he’d been impressed with how Spencer tried to protect Trina on the Haunted Star, even at the risk of his own life.
Curtis tried to calm Portia, assuring her that Spencer would do no evil Cassadine damage to their daughter, and she’d only resent her for trying to break them up.
General Hospital Spoilers: She Catches Trina Robinson Buying A Home Pregnancy Test
Even though school is in session and Trina’s living at the dorm rooming with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) Portia has occasion to go to a retail drugstore and sees Trina.
She’s at the counter checking out and Portia is close enough to spy and sees her buying a home pregnancy test! Portia’s smart enough to not just assume that she’s picking one up for Josslyn, it has to be for her.
It takes all Portia has within her to not confront Trina right there in the drugstore, likely driving her away forever. How could her daughter be so stupid as to go on an out of town trip and not sleep in separate rooms?

OMG! Of course Portia would see her! Of course, the theory about Trina not being able to get birth control at GH because of her mom doesn’t hold water. She could have gone to any outside drugstore! Perhaps the same one where she bought the test! Duh! A pregnancy would be a disaster because Spencer is ultimately sure to end up with Esme!
