General Hospital Spoilers: Fallout Glorious, Laura Strikes Back At Duplicitous Deputy Mayor Eileen?
General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that the fallout will be glorious, as Laura Collins (Genie Francis) tells Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy). Might she be talking about when she strikes back at his mole, the duplicitous Deputy Mayor Eileen Ashby (Heather Mazur)?
General Hospital Spoilers: Eileen Ashby Wanted Out – He Wouldn’t Let Her
Eileen recently told Victor she wanted out-but he wouldn’t let her. She objected to all the killing, expressing upset over Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) being killed-of course, he really wasn’t. His faked death is part of a plot to take Victor down, figuring it would make Victor more vulnerable. Indeed, Victor is vulnerable-the substance he ingested when Holly Scorpio (Emma Samms) had Selina Wu (Lydia Look) spike his drink should be working and there are signs that it is.
The gaslighting plot on Eileen is working too – she keeps hearing a “dead” Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) talking to her! Anna’s not so dead either-she uses a computer program to talk to her through her cell phone on her car radio.
GH Spoilers: Laura Collins Is In On The Plot
Of course, Laura is in on the “dead Valentin” plot along with Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) and others, including her brother Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight). He’s now staying in the safe house, likely provided by Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) along with Charlotte Cassadine (Amelie McLain) and Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring).
But Eileen’s latest orders have her shaking in her high heel boots-she fears that Laura is onto her and that means she’s no longer useful to Victor. She doesn’t know that Valentin, Lucy and Anna are alive but she fears Laura may be calling her in to fire her-which may be the end of her because of Victor. But the reason Laura calls her in will nearly drive her over the edge when she gets to the meeting.
General Hospital Spoilers: Two Can Play At That Game
Laura has been conferring with Valentin and Anna and having great fun with the gaslighting plot to get Eileen to confess what intel she’s given to Victor. She’s brought her husband, Dr. Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) in on the plot and he’s there at the meeting with poor, poor Eileen. Now the “auditory hallucinations” turn into visual ones thanks to the use of a program that creates holograms of a “dead” Valentin and Anna and Kevin and Laura play along.
While they’re not able to get Eileen to flip on Victor, they are able to get her out of Laura’s office, and the fallout is glorious as Eileen screams in terror. Kevin advises the “hallucinating” Eileen take a leave of absence and recommends she be evaluated at Ferncliff.
