General Hospital Spoilers: Elizabeth Baldwin Isn’t Judging Charlotte Cassadine
It’s not that Elizabeth is judging Charlotte as being a looney tune or anything like that, it’s a well-known fact Elizabeth was a very troubled teen herself.
But Jake could have gotten himself into some real danger dating Charlotte, as troubled as she is-what if he had found her before Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) did and got shot?
Regardless of accidental, she knows her son would have tried to talk Charlotte out of whatever she was doing in Anna’s new apartment and his heart is broken over what happened.
It is now known Charlotte had been terrorizing Anna in an attempt to protect her father, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) having been influenced by Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy).
GH Spoilers: The Head Nurse Has Access To All The Schedules
One of the duties of the head nurse is scheduling, so she has access to all the doctors’ and nurses’ schedules and when doctors have appointments.
That way they know when someone has a booked schedule or not and can be called in on consultations or surgeries if they’re surgeons.
Elizabeth has compassion for what Charlotte’s situation was but she’s worried about her son. Now Jake is brokenhearted, and it seems he had much more than a crush-and she also worries part of that deep bonding was based on what he endured in his past.
If it hadn’t been for Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) being able to get through to Jake through art therapy, he’d still be traumatized by his own time on Cassadine Island.
General Hospital Spoilers: Laura Collins Is Also Concerned
Of course, Laura is also concerned about Jake and the aftereffects of seeing his first serious girlfriend with a gunshot wound on the floor.
Jake helped stop the bleeding, with his Halloween costume but even so, she was in serious condition on arrival at the hospital. Charlotte had lost a lot of blood, Dr. Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) and the other doctors doing what they could to save her.
Anna grieves what happened and blames herself even though Charlotte was in a black costume in a dark room-and Jake saw what happened, blaming himself for not getting there sooner.
What happened in that apartment on that day was a tragedy of immense proportions, no other way to say it-so many involved would do things differently if they could.
