According to the spoilers, Cameron will be fine when he returns to Port Charles. Joss Jacks (Eden McCoy) will be the one who’s a mess when she sees him.
Cameron has moved on from Joss, and it’s going to drive her crazy. He will live away from his family and learn how to live independently.
He is on a clean break from his mental health struggles. Joss spends a lot of time with her family and is still immersed in her environment.

She has changed as well and has moved on with Dex Heller (Evan Hofer). Her world includes him now, and she’s still involved with the mob world.
