General Hospital Spoilers: Drew’s Prison Jump Will Only Worsen Nina’s SEC Secret Fallout

General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will continue to struggle as he recovers from his prison beating.

Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) has lost her mind with worry, and sadly, is lashing out, from frustration. What will the fallout of this all be once she finds out Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) was the one who tipped the feds about their insider trading?

GH Spoilers: Nina Reeves Continues To Dig Herself Deeper

GH spoilers imply that Nina’s SEC secret will be revealed very soon. The blowout to all of this should be massive. Nina going to the feds and tipping them on Drew and Carly’s insider trading has had massive ramifications, and the domino effect continues to roll.

She risked Willow Corinthos’s (Katelyn MacMullen) bone marrow transplant as Drew was desperately trying to locate Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) but was being hunted down by the feds.

Once the dust settled on that, he landed a three-year prison sentence, locking up the Navy Seal and town hero, but more importantly, keeping him from his daughter Scout Cain (Cosette Abinante); someone who’s lost enough time from him already.

Plus, Nina was indirectly involved in Ned Quartermaine’s (Wally Kurth) Metro Pool accident that now has him thinking he’s Eddie Maine; something that Drew also almost took the fall for because Nina was too afraid to step forward.

Not to mention the fact that Nina allowed everyone to think Ned was the one who did this, causing friction between Mr. Q and Drew, as well as Carly and Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero).

GH Spoilers: Carly’s Revenge

Carly is beside herself with worry about her boyfriend. She feels personally responsible for Drew’s current state on so many levels.

While she’s considered a “hero” in the land of Port Charles, and she is in many ways, Ms. Spencer also loves to deflect, and let’s face it, she can be a bully to those she doesn’t like.

At the end of the day, she and Drew committed a crime; one that was her idea. When the SEC secret comes out, this will give Carly a reason to place the burden of blame on Nina, and she won’t let go of what’s happened anytime soon. Especially with Drew getting beat up in prison and fighting for his life.

Heck hath no fury like Carly’s scorn, and Drew *almost* dying will be a fighting point that Ms. Spencer won’t let go of. In fact, she’ll continue to remind everyone of – especially Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).
