General Hospital spoilers and updates tease Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will pay a visit to Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) to have a serious talk. Drew wants to talk in person about his plans to turn himself into the SEC for insider trading, and how to explain possible prison time to Scout Cain (Cosette Abinante).
General Hospital Spoilers: Father And Daughter Were Estranged
Because of Drew’s captivity at the hands of Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) and his presumption of death for over two years, Scout didn’t remember him when he returned. It was like he and his little girl with Sam had become estranged, and they’ve just begun relating as father and daughter again. Drew knows that Scout is safe and secure living with Sam and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) but going away to prison is a very real possibility.
Drew must discuss all this with Sam and create a game plan, if a game plan can be created for this type of thing. Drew is turning himself in to protect Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and her family, despite her protests-he’s already set the wheels in motion.
GH Spoilers: Drew Cain Isn’t Sure How Long The Sentence
Even though Drew is sure his attorney will try to get him the least prison time he can, he’s sure there will be some. Granted, a white collar Federal prison will be a much better place than Victor Cassadine’s dungeon on Cassadine Island. He hates the thought of missing out on even one more minute of Scout’s life, although at this point they haven’t really been coparenting a lot. Drew just hasn’t been wanting to intrude on Sam and Dante’s relationship or home life, although they do get together. Sometimes she brings Scout and Danny Morgan (Zakary Risinger) to the Quartermaine’s and Drew interacts with his daughter and nephew there.
General Hospital Spoilers: Aurora Media Was Drew Cain And Sam McCall’s Baby
Aurora Media really started as Drew and Sam’s baby, when they were still together before Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) came back to town. They were running the company together until around the time Drew disappeared and Jasper Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) bought part of the company. It stayed like that until Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) took it over and then Drew took it again after Jax left, with Michael.
But for now, he and Sam need to explain why Drew will be gone again only this time will be much different. Everyone will know he’s alive, just not for sure how long he’ll be gone.
