General Hospital Spoilers: Drew Jumps Off the High Road to Play Dirty with Nina — and It’ll Cost Him

General Hospital spoilers tease Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) has already made his bed — and now he’ll get to lie in it. Hooking up with Nina Reeves Corinthos (Cynthia Watros) was the last thing that he had planned, but it’s too late to turn back that clock.

Drew should be more suspicious and worried about retaliation from Nina than he is, but it doesn’t seem that the consequences of his poor decision have dawned on him just yet.

Soon, they will, and he’ll be left scrambling to pick up the pieces of his shattered life by the time Nina is done with him. Having Nina in his lap will end with Nina having Drew over a barrel.

General Hospital Spoilers — A Matter of Consent

Nina might not be crying sexual assault, but that doesn’t mean she won’t use this consensual act between herself and Drew — her superior at work — to benefit herself both professionally and personally.

The way Nina will see it, she doesn’t actually have to make any major moves to get what she wants. She doesn’t need to report to Human Resources and tell them Drew coerced her, or that she felt as though she wouldn’t advance in the company if she didn’t hook up with him.

It’s much simpler than that. All she has to do is threaten Drew and dangle this carrot wherever necessary to get him to cave to her demands.

GH Spoilers Report Nina Calls Checkmate

Nina may have left Drew’s office while furious that he still held the upper hand, but it’s not going to take her long to realize she holds more cards now since their passionate encounter in his office.

When she realizes she’s in the driver’s seat in this situation, she’s going to chart her own path right back into her daughter’s life — and she probably won’t stop there.

Manipulating Drew into pacing her on the board at Aurora — and then some — Nina could find herself climbing the ranks within the company structure in no time.

General Hospital Spoilers — Make It Make Sense

Drew’s sudden shift in demeanor toward Nina won’t make sense to anyone around him — least of all Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell).

He may have to diminish how he really feels about Nina, by default, which could be perceived as him trying to soften Michael and Willow up for Nina’s re-entry into their lives.

Of course, she could use her leverage against him to push for that, too. Will everyone around Drew — many of whom are already concerned about the changes in his personality since he came home from Pentonville — fall in line with his latest shift off-course?
