General Hospital Spoilers: Dex’s Warning, Sonny’s Onto Michael’s Plot?

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) has a warning for Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell). Dex is worried that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is suspicious about him, and that he’s on to Michael’s plot.

General Hospital Spoilers: Your Plane’s Going Down

As Dex talks to Michael in the Quartermaine mansion kitchen fresh from a fraught encounter with Sonny, he warns him that his plane might be going down in flames. Sonny had confronted Dex about lying about his military experience, and Brick (Stephen A. Smith) had told him Dex was kicked out for assaulting a superior officer. That, of course, doesn’t bode well for Dex’s opinion of authority figures and certainly not for how they should be treated.

Dex had a stern talking to by Sonny, and now he’s afraid that Sonny is suspicious of him and that could crash Michael’s whole plot. The “plane” of course refers to Michael’s plot to take down Sonny by planting Dex within his organization as an enforcer trainee.

GH Spoilers: Is Dex Heller Being Followed?

It was bad enough when Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) was suspicious of Dex, and he took it upon himself to follow him. The first time he followed him, he followed him right to Michael, where they very quickly made a cover of pretending Dex was trying to take Michael down. That resulted in a stern warning from Sonny to stay away from his family, even though he and Michael are estranged at the time.

He finally got Brando to trust him by finding common ground with him by telling his military stories, although Sonny might well tell Brando about what Brick dug up. Sonny knows that Michael is behind the problems at his legitimate businesses but not that he had infiltrated his other business using Dex as a plant.

General Hospital Spoilers: Secrecy Is Key

Secrecy is key now more than ever and that is one reason Dex is talking to Michael in the kitchen in code. Even the phrase he uses about his plane going down in flames could be suspect to someone who could get it back to Sonny. For instance, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) could have overheard the conversation and thought the corporate plane was in trouble, and possibly thought it was bomb trouble.

That would not have been good if he had talked to someone else about it out of concern, because the wrong person could have taken the wrong action. Dex and Michael must take care to keep their meetings and conversations more secretive.
