General Hospital spoilers tease Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) is going to find herself at the center of a very familiar controversy soon. For nearly twenty years, she kept it to herself that Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) may have been Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) daughter — not Marcus Taggert’s (Réal Andrews).

Learning that Trina wasn’t his child was a crushing blow to Marcus, while it delighted Curtis and lit up his life in a whole new way. Now, Portia is going to be faced with information that could spell both of their undoing. Will she keep it to herself all over again, or has she learned her lesson?

Curtis is hanging on for dear life in critical condition following surgery to remove the bullet that ricocheted his way at the Metro Court pool. The days ahead are going to be important and will shed light on what battles he may have to wage to get back to living his life. One unexpected side effect may be damage to internal organs, leaving Curtis in need of a possible transplant. Maybe a kidney transplant is too on the nose given all Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) went through in a similar fashion just a few years ago, but it makes sense.

GH Spoilers Say Trina is No Match

Reviewing Curtis’ medical records will become a matter of daily course for Portia — as his wife and as a doctor. But when the whole family and then some get tested in search of a potential match for Curtis, Portia will be stunned to find Trina is not only not a match, but not his daughter. How could this be? Lab error?

Probably not. It’s far more likely that Selina Wu (Lydia Look) inserted herself into this equation, though Portia will have no knowledge of that. It seems so cruel, but at the same time, it will feel potentially worse to deliver this news to Curtis and Trina at such a difficult time.

Portia may not intend to keep this secret forever, but she isn’t going to feel inclined to be the bearer of such devastating and life-changing news while Curtis is recovering. If Curtis or Trina learn that Portia knew about this before she told them the truth though, it could have devastating consequences for her family. Will she come clean soon?
