General Hospital spoilers spills Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) has been resisting his wife’s efforts to support him at every turn, and rumor has it he won’t be letting up anytime soon.
Curtis doesn’t want to feel this way, but he can’t just shake off all memories of his marriage prior to him being shot. He and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) were not in a good place.
They didn’t trust each other, and while a tragedy like this serves up a strong reminder of how much they love each other, it doesn’t mend the wounds they both created for one another.
Curtis isn’t keen on the idea of Portia throwing her life away on taking care of him now, and he’ll use any means necessary to scare her off. Does that include using their daughter to do it?
General Hospital Spoilers — Portia Pushes Too Hard
Portia has grown to be rather pushy in the days following Curtis’ near-death. She’s not giving up without a fight, and so Curtis is certain to give her one.
Pushing her away and insisting he won’t trap her in their marriage because she feels guilty didn’t work. Now, as Portia starts pushing around her strong opinions on her daughter’s relationship, too, Curtis just might spy a new way out of this marriage. Will Portia fall for his ruse?
GH Spoilers Leak Trina Loves Spencer
Without a doubt, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) is in love with Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez). But Portia has been up to her old tricks as she tries to pull strings with Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) in hopes of coaxing Spencer to cozy up to her.
Of course, he has no idea that Portia is planting seeds, and if we’re being honest, it would seem Esme doesn’t either.
When Curtis realizes what Portia is up to, he’ll run the risk of sounding like a broken record when he tells her to stay out of Trina and Spencer’s relationship or she might come to regret meddling.
Ah, Curtis and Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews) on something. It’s too bad Portia won’t.

Portia isn’t just risking ruining her relationship with her baby girl as she sticks her nose in squarely where it doesn’t belong with Spencer.
Learning that her mother was urging Esme to lure Spencer away will break her heart, but it’ll also turn Curtis’ stomach.
When he discovers what she’s been up to, Curtis may once again question who he married and how he couldn’t have seen Portia’s many flaws before they said their vows.
Rumor has it she just might find herself rebounding with the one person who will be willing to show her some grace despite having gone against his good advice — her ex-husband.
Will Curtis dabble in doing the same with his ex, or has he truly learned his lesson? Either way, it doesn’t sound like things are looking up for Portia and Curtis, who are destined to be parents together regardless.
