General Hospital Spoilers: Concern For Ava Grows, Carly Fears For Avery’s Mom’s Life!
General Hospital spoilers and updates tease concern for the now confirmed missing Ava Jerome (Maura West) grows, and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) fears for her life! Avery Jerome-Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) has now been with Carly for days, and no one has been able to contact or find Ava-soon the little one will miss Mommy!
General Hospital Spoilers: Ava Jerome Was In Danger
Carly feared Ava was in more danger than she even knew when she dropped Avery off at her house, and warned her not to trust Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth). She and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) had seen Austin walk through the visiting area at Pentonville with a medical bag, and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) wanted to know who he visited.
Sonny doesn’t trust Austin and trusts his cousin Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey) even less-he had Brick (Stephen A. Smith) do a deep dive and found out some things.
Their plot to draw out the head of “the snake” backfired, and got Sonny arrested-and later, he fears, got Drew beaten within an inch of his life! That made Carly even more worried that Ava was in more danger than she ever knew, and now Avery’s mom has been missing for days.
GH Spoilers: Carly Spencer Hasn’t Contacted Sonny Corinthos-Yet
Carly hasn’t contacted Sonny about Ava’s disappearance-yet-as he and many family members including Michael and Willow Corinthos, (Chad Duell, Katelyn MacMullen) are on Sonny’s island.
Wiley and Donna Corinthos (Viron Weaver, Scarlett Brielle) are there as well, being the ring bearer and flower girl for his and Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) wedding. Avery was supposed to be the second flower girl, had they decided to wait for the big wedding instead of eloping-and had someone been able to contact Ava.
Even though Sonny retains full custody of Avery, he’s been sharing with her mother, and Carly agreed it was best not to take her to Puerto Rico without Ava’s knowledge. But Sonny will be brought up to date as soon as possible, because his men need to be looking-Dex Heller’s (Evan Hofer) going to start anyway.
General Hospital Spoilers: Sonny Corinthos WILL Get Involved In The Search
If Ava’s not located safe by the time Sonny and company return from the island, he WILL get more involved in the search. He’ll know that that Gatlins are involved because of the retaliation against Drew, although he can’t necessarily prove it-yet.
However, he will likely find out some other information when they return, and that’s about Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) being alive per the paper trail from the Swiss bank.
Sonny will fear that Nikolas has been in Port Charles unseen, took vengeance against Ava, and if she’s still alive, in grave danger. Ava was being blackmailed by Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey) over Nikolas’ death, and here he’s been alive all along?

Sonny does not have sole custody of Avery anymore. It was confirmed by Diane that they now share joint custody and that is why you see Sonny and Carly asking for Ava’s input regarding Avery.
