General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) is about to go rogue at Ferncliff in order to check on Sasha Reeves (Sofia Mattsson). He called to set up a visit and was told Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) left him off the guest list. This makes him more determined than ever to get to the bottom of why she stabbed him out of the blue.
General Hospital Spoilers – Cody Bell Risks Himself To See Sasha Reeves
Kelly told Soap Opera Digest that Cody is willing to take a risk to see Sasha because “she’s one of the few people that he’s bonded with.” Cody’s first attempt is to get lawyer Diane Miller (Carolyn Henessy) to get him into Ferncliff. She explains that’s out of her purview and we’re devastated because we thought Diane could do ANYTHING!
Undeterred Cody heads over to Ferncliff to work his charms on the staff. The Desk Nurse is not buying what he’s selling and so next Cody turns to Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) for help.
General Hospital Updates – Cody Bell Needs BLQ’s Help
Why Brook Lynn? Because Cody knows she won’t balk at doing something shady! BLQ agrees to help Cody after hearing his plea. After all she is concerned for her Deception coworker but she isn’t 100 with Cody’s story about Gladys being the monster behind this whole mess. He’s half right—Gladys is a monster but she has the help of a sinister doctor who is drugging Sasha.
Will Cody Bell Save Sasha Reeves?
What happens next? Cody and BLQ return to Ferncliff and “they get kind of lucky; something happens that Brook Lynn is able to use to her advantage.”
When this occurs Cody sees his opening and races to find Sasha before it’s too late. Kelly adds “He doesn’t care if he gets caught, he doesn’t care if he gets in trouble. The only thing he cares about is trying to help his friend.”
Based on the way he’s acting, Cody sees Sasha as much more than a platonic friend. But he’s had a difficult life and trust is not his strong point.
