General Hospital Spoilers: Cassius Prepared to Sacrifice It All for Britt’s Safety?

General Hospital spoilers and updates indicate that Cassius Faison, also known as Fake Nathan West (Ryan Paevey), might risk everything to protect his sister, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).
Although he isn’t the genuine Nathan West, family ties run deep—if he was willing to put it all on the line for Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr), could he do the same for Britt?
Sidwell And Cullum Have Been Blackmailing Britt Over Her Huntington’s Disease Meds
As fans are aware, Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and WSB double agent Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) had been using the experimental Huntington’s disease medications as leverage over Britt.
They have been demanding her assistance with their cold fusion project-Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) final endeavor. Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) attempted to aid Britt and managed to steal the medications.
He intended to deliver them to Britt, who would then pass them to Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) for Brick (Stephen A. Smith) to replicate. Unfortunately, Cullum discovered Marco’s trickery and killed him in an ambush at his Miller and Davis office.
As Britt Waited At The Pier, Her Whole Plan With Jason Fell Apart
As Britt stood at the pier, her entire plan with Jason fell apart when Cullum retrieved the medications and shattered the vials right before her eyes.
This entire scenario highlighted just how treacherous and wicked Cullum really is. General Hospital spoilers for the week of April 6-10 indicate that Britt will face an ultimatum.
With Huntington’s symptoms resurfacing due to her lack of medication for some time, it’s clear that Sidwell and Cullum will once again pressure her into assisting them through her meds.
“Nathan West” Revealed Himself As Cassius Faison
In the week of March 30-April 3, Fake Nathan finally unveiled his true identity in a scene with Sidwell at Wyndemere. Fans discovered that his name is Cassius- Nathan’s long-lost twin brother. Some viewers have jumped to the conclusion that Cassius is the “evil” twin; however, he might not be as malevolent as he appears.
He did acknowledge Sidwell’s tirade about Britt and concurred that she was more trouble than she was worth, but was that merely a comment to placate his superior; does Cassius have a hidden agenda? He seems to share a genuine bond with James West (Gary James Fuller) and comes across as a decent guy- even if that could all be a facade.
Is Cassius Also Being Blackmaiiled?
Perhaps Cassius finds himself in a predicament similar to that of many of Sidwell’s associates. They are compelled to carry out Sidwell’s orders due to blackmail or the fear of retribution from the criminal.
This leads us to another spoiler for GH this upcoming week, where Cassius issues a warning to Britt during the episode airing on Wednesday, April 8. This occurs after her ultimatum, suggesting that Fake Nathan might be giving her a tip-off to comply with Sidwell/Cullum’s demands.
On the other hand, he could also be revealing that he has a grander scheme in mind; one that ensures the good triumph, while Cullum and Sidwell face justice.
Might Cassius Risk All For His Sister?
Regardless, it seems likely that Cassius will astonish GH fans by risking everything for his sister. That could involve pilfering those medications to liberate her from Sidwell and Cullum’s control-or even intervening to “rescue” her if they decide to eliminate her once she is no longer useful to them.
General Hospital spoilers suggest that Cassius’s narrative holds more depth than it appears, making it intriguing to see if he manages to redeem himself. It would seem Cassius may not be as bad as he seems, depending on if he plunges further into his darker tendencies.
