“The first surgery was successful, and the second one is set for Thursday,” she posted on Instagram Stories, with a picture of herself in a tulip field. “All thoughts and prayers are appreciated.” Fans quickly filled her comments and social media with kind messages, and when some inquired about her injury, Hennesy couldn’t help but add a bit of humor. “Use your imagination! The actress initially announced her injury on October 28, stating it led her to delay her cabaret performance at Herb Alpert’s Vibrato.

“Hello everyone,” she wrote, “due to unexpected events, like a broken leg, my show at Vibrato on November 5 has been postponed.” She assured fans that the show will still happen- just not on that date- promising, “We’ll git ‘er done, just not on the 5th.” Hennesy’s positive outlook has always been a key part of her personal and professional life.
