General Hospital Spoilers: Carly And Drew At Odds, Could His Overwhelming Nina Hate Break Them Up?
General Hospital spoilers and updates tease Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will be at odds.
His hate for Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) has become even more than Carly’s hate for Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier)-could his overwhelming Nina hate break them up?
General Hospital Spoilers: Carly Spencer Really Doesn’t Get It
Carly really doesn’t get it that Drew seems obsessed with hating Nina, even though he and she got their revenge; nothing could have hit Nina harder than losing Crimson.
The only thing that could have been worse is Carly and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) getting back together, but that’s not likely to happen.
Carly one hundred percent is loyal to Sonny as his friend, and that’s natural, the two going so far back and through thick and thin.
Carly’s dealt with Sonny’s anger on many an occasion and made sure he stayed on his bipolar meds-but Drew seems to be another case entirely. Why is he so obsessed with revenge when what they’ve already done should be enough?
GH Spoilers: Can’t Drew Cain Just Ignore Nina Reeves?
Carly is so frustrated that she asks him can’t he just ignore Nina-does he have to constantly blame every problem in their lives on her?
Nina’s responsible for many of them, that’s for sure but Carly is satisfied that they’ve punished her enough; she’s tired of the years long grudge match.
But one thing about Drew’s Nina hate that is really getting on Carly’s nerves is that he has become so much more aggressive and controlling; even with her.
She only told him she’d take the editor job at Crimson until he could find someone with more experience, someone who could keep making the magazine a success.
But Drew practically has bullied her into not only running the magazine, but making it a success with many of the employees and advertisers loyal only to Nina!
General Hospital Spoilers: Fighting Over The Nina Reeves Hate Obsession
Carly and Drew keep fighting over his Nina hate obsession, and Carly would like nothing better than to return to running Bobbie’s full time instead of hiring others.
She feels close to her late mother there and it’s a comfort to her to carry on what’s become her family business. No deadlines, no dysfunction, no dealing with what’s Drew going to do next to get revenge-Carly is almost to the point of needing some personal space.
Running the magazine and trying to keep it successful is enough stress the way it is without Drew pushing and being more pushy than supportive. He’s not the same Drew he was before going to prison, and while some of that is understandable Carly thinks he needs to just get over it!
