General Hospital spoilers tease that Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) haven’t really had a break since they got married a couple months ago.
Almost from the moment they took their vows, they’ve been embroiled in drama. They had to cancel their honeymoon when Chase’s father, Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) suddenly passed away.
Chase was named the Executor of Gregory’s will so that added extra stress for the newly weds. But things were about to get much worse.
General Hospital Spoilers – Harrison Chase took Hamilton Finn to rehab!
Chases’s brother Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) began drinking around the same time. Since Finn is an addict, Brook Lynn and Chase were concerned for both Finn and Finn’s young daughter Violet Finn (Jophielle Love).
It soon became obvious that Finn was spiraling out of control, so Chase and Brook Lynn took Violet into their home. Finn was angry at first, but eventually agreed to go to rehab.
However, that meant that Brook Lynn and Chase were now taking care of Violet. They prioritized taking care of Violet over everything else, including their work lives.
GH Spoilers – Harrison Chase planned to cut back at the Police Station!
To that end, Chase decided to reduce his hours on the job to just a few days a week. Brook Lynn also said she could work from home quite a bit. But Brook Lynn is already trying to balance two jobs.
She is part owner of Deception and it requires quite a bit of her time. In addition, Brook Lynn is also Blaze aka Allison Rogers’ (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) music manager.
Blaze is now at the center of a controversy because of damaging comments her mother, Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue) made about Blaze’s sexuality. Since Blaze is also the Face of Deception, Brook Lynn already has her hands full.
General Hospital Spoilers – Harrison Chase will worry about Violet Finn
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) and Natalia just approached Brook Lynn with yet another project. They want Brook Lynn to run a brand new music label funded by Sonny to showcase Blaze’s music.
Any other time, this would be an amazing opportunity for Brook Lynn. But Chase is likely to point out that they agreed to be there for Violet as much as possible and he may even wonder just how much time Brook Lynn will now have for Violet… and for him.
This could be a major obstacle for the newlyweds if they don’t find a way to talk it through before Brook Lynn takes on this new project.
