General Hospital Spoilers: Ava Will Roll Over on Nina to Save Her Own Skin

General Hospital spoilers reveal Ava Jerome (Maura West) finally scored herself a real-life best friend. It may have taken getting past their differences and reveling in their shared hatred for Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), but she and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) have really gone the distance together where friendships are concerned. You know what they say, the enemy of my enemy is my friend. But now Ava has made a new enemy — Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey), and he wants her to forsake her friendship with Nina just to rattle Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) cage. Mason needs Sonny to feel like he is drowning in sorrow. Everyone knows the best way to knock this guy off his rocker is to hit him where it hurts — his heart. If it comes down to it and Ava has to choose between her own well being and relationship with Sonny, or Nina’s, she’s going to save her own sinking ship.

General Hospital Spoilers — Nina Keeps on Digging

Nina has never really had a way out of this anyway, right? She just keeps digging the hole deeper and hoping she comes out of this okay. Every lie must be covered up with another lie and the snowball effect is starting to take control of the entire situation. Ava is convinced the truth is going to come out soon as it is, but that doesn’t mean it’ll be easy for her to stab Nina in the back — especially since she can’t explain why she’s choosing to do so.

GH Spoilers Hint Ava Wasn’t Here for Their Union Anyway

Nina is going to be stunned when Ava attempts to tell Sonny the truth about what she has done. Will she lead him with a trail of breadcrumbs? Is she going to pull a Nina and do it anonymously? Perhaps she will force Nina to do it — threatening that otherwise, she will. Nina will recount how Aca wasn’t all that happy for the couple when they got engaged to begin with. Is this jealousy? Is Ava still carrying a torch for Sonny? What gives?

General Hospital Spoilers — Bucking Orders

There is a chance Ava could resist Mason’s order and tell him she won’t blow up Nina’s life to safeguard her own. That would be a bad move, Ava. It’s more likely that she’s going to turn on Nina the first second she can just to get Mason off her back. But will it stop there? Likely not. Mason has a laundry list of things he hopes to make ABA do as he holds Nikolas Cassadine’s (Adam Huss) alleged corpse over her head.
