General Hospital spoilers tease that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) is struggling with his mental health at the moment. He’s acting paranoid and erratic and his friends and family are struggling to understand what’s going on.
Unbeknownst to Sonny, Ava Jerome (Maura West) has replaced Sonny’s already weakened bi-polar medication with placebos.
Because of this, Sonny’s allies are shrinking at an alarming rate. But so far, one person remains in his corner and that is Natalia Ramirez (Eva Larue).
General Hospital Spoilers – Sonny Corinthos forgave Natalia Ramirez
Ava has already interfered with Sonny and Natalia’s friendship. She recorded a private conversation between herself and Natalia and herself in which Natalia made homophobic statements in general and about Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) and Blaze aka Allison Rogers (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) in particular.
Ava leaked the recording to the Invader and the fallout has been terrible for both Blaze and Kristina. But even though Sonny didn’t like what Natalia said, he put most of the blame on Ava.
GH Spoilers – Natalia Ramirez had a proposal for Sonny Corinthos
Blaze lost her recording contract because of her mother, so Natalia approached Sonny with a plan. She proposed that Sonny invest in a brand new record label for Blaze to distribute her music.
Sonny agreed but on one condition: Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) would run the new label, not Natalia.
But even so, Sonny and Natalia have remained at least cordial through the whole ordeal and Sonny would likely eventually forgive Natalia because they do share a bit of a bond.
General Hospital Spoilers – Ava Jerome strikes again!
Ava won’t be happy that Natalia and Sonny could potentially remain friends. So look for her to take things a step further.
It’s surprising that Sonny’s business hasn’t really come up in conversations or that Natalia hasn’t at least heard rumors.
However, it appears that Natalia may not know that Sonny is a mob boss. If that’s the case, then look for Ava to make sure Natalia gets an earful.
This could mean that Natalia will regret asking Sonny to invest in the record company and could even end their friendship for good.

I would’ve been so quick to forgive Natalia. I mean, she did her Christina and her daughter blaze by saying some very derogatory things about their relationship as gay people. Now on the other hand, Ava should’ve never recorded that conversation that was very irresponsible, but on the other hand, Natalia is very judgmental and for sunny to forgive her that was quite a shock and then she decides to throw Ava under the bus, knowing that she didn’t know who Ava really is so I really hope that Natalia really realizes who Ava really is .
