General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) might find himself being interrogated by daddy Mac Scorpio (John J. York) in an upcoming GH episode!
General Hospital Spoilers – Maxie Jones Brings Austin Gatlin-Holt Home
Austin and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) didn’t have the most typical meeting when they first encountered each other. Viewers remember that a very pregnant Maxie was running from psycho Fake Nurse Chloe Jennings aka Marie Hopkins (Kimberly J. Brown). Peter August (Wes Ramsey) had hired the impersonator to deliver and steal Louise Jones, now called Bailey Louise Jones (London and Jett Prinzo-Berendt).
Maxie went into labor as she fled from Fake Chloe, and Austin got there just in time to deliver baby Bailey, but Chloe knocked him out! Maxie fled, baby in arms, and lured Fake Chloe into an old well where she fell to her death – and the rest is history!
GH Spoilers – Maxie Jones And Austin Gatlin-Holt Keep Getting Interrupted When Trying To Date
Maxie and Austin have had several false starts when attempting to start a dating relationship, lots of interruptions for one! Sometimes he’s been called into the hospital for emergencies, since he after all is a doctor at General Hospital, which is understandable and Maxie doesn’t have problems with that.
They finally decide to put the pedal to the metal and go out on a very fancy date at The Savoy, which of course is Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) club. Maxie decides to head out home afterwards, and Austin wants to hang out at her apartment, which is a huge surprise for Maxie, he has never made that move! But Austin will also have a surprise when they arrive at Maxie’s apartment – her parents are both there, babysitting Bailey!
General Hospital Spoilers – Mac Scorpio Goes Into Full Interrogation Mode
Considering that Maxie has had some very bad luck with men, including the only one Mac approved of, he’ll go into full interrogation mode! Viewers will remember that Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) was killed by his own brother Peter August (Wes Ramsey) who followed in the boyfriend trail for Maxie! Prior to Nathan, there were a series of questionable boyfriends and engagements for Maxie, and Mac isn’t even wild about Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson)!
It is kind of understandable that Mac would want to make sure Maxie wasn’t going to make another bad mistake with Austin! Not to mention he’s the second boyfriend in a row to deliver one of her babies, and that seems to bring Peter to mind!
GH Spoilers – Will Mac Scorpio Scare Austin Gatlin-Holt Away From Maxie Jones?
With Mac being extra careful checking out Austin, Maxie might wonder if he’s going to scare Austin away from her! Her mother Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) will be there too, and she might tell Mac to tone the investigation down just a bit! Austin doesn’t scare that easily – after all, he’s supported Maxie all along when Bailey was supposedly missing and in danger.
Both Maxie and Felicia may remind Mac of that fact, as well as how he was in the thick of the investigation right after the birth. Austin wanted to help the investigation and was invaluable in navigating those woods outside of Pautauk, New York in the early days. Austin’s understanding Mac’s wanting to check him out thoroughly won’t hurt, either!
