Fans Has Questions About Cullum’s Fate When Z Didn’t Check His Pulse
When “Z” (John Oliver) made his entrance, he naturally didn’t pause to verify if Cullum was still among the living; this oversight left some viewers pondering whether Cullum had truly departed for good.
Nevertheless, SOD has officially confirmed Cullum’s passing and even conducted an exit interview with Andrew Hawkes.
Although Hawkes expressed sadness about wrapping up his journey on GH, he acknowledged that Cullum was never intended to be a character that would endure indefinitely.
Originally, he had committed to just three episodes, but the role blossomed into something much larger, ultimately encompassing around 40 episodes, as revealed by the actor who is now leaving the show.
Hawkes Said His Dramatic Exit Was Inevitable, But Called The Experience Incredible
Despite Hawkes describing his dramatic exit as “inevitable,” he couldn’t help but share how remarkable the entire experience was while being part of the show.
For him, the most significant aspect was undoubtedly the relationships he built with both the cast and crew.
Hawkes had nothing but praise for his co-stars and all those working behind the scenes who played a vital role in the show’s success.
When it comes to Cullum’s departure, Hawkes is genuinely grateful for the chance to make a memorable exit!
“It was an epic sendoff, without a doubt,” he passionately stated.
Andrew Hawkes Found His Role Extremely Fulfilling
Given how fulfilling Andrew Hawkes found his role on GH, it was challenging for him to say goodbye, especially after bonding with many of the crew and cast.
He acknowledged that he would have preferred to stay longer, but he understood that it wasn’t in the cards due to Cullum’s storyline.
However, if a chance arises for Hawkes to return as Cullum’s ghost or even as a new character, he would eagerly seize the opportunity. “
I’d say yes in a heartbeat,” Hawkes remarked; while there may be a possibility for his return in the future, fans must bid farewell for now, as Cullum is indeed gone for good.
