Alexis knows that Molly has dealing with a devastating loss. Molly had wanted to have a baby with her life partner Dr. TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow). Molly and TJ were shocked to find out that Molly would not be able to have a baby. Molly turned to her sisters Kristina Davis-Corinthos (Kate Mansi) and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) to help her.
Molly did not anticipate that Kristina would want to help her and TJ to have a child. Molly had been upset that Kristina would want to be a surrogate because she thought that Kristina wanted to help her for selfish reasons. Kristina has been able to convince Molly that she had her best interest at heart. Molly may find that she needs to get Alexis to give her advice on her options to get to be a mother. Alexis wants Molly to be able to have a child but she is concerned about Kristina helping Molly.

Alexis does not want Gregory to have anything to do with Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot). Alexis is aware that Gregory has started to get close to Tracy. Gregory knows that Tracy is a close friend to his son Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton). Gregory found out that Tracy helped his son Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) to get back on the police force after he had been suspended.

Gregory has been worried about Tracy because she has needed to help her son Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth). Tracy has been worried about Ned because he has amnesia. Alexis knows that Tracy has used underhanded tactics to get what she wants. Alexis does not want Tracy to be able to hurt Gregory.
