General Hospital spoilers tease Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will grow closer to Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) in the coming weeks. So far, they’ve butt heads more than a few times, particularly over the way Alexis wields her power at The Invader.
While the pair seem to enjoy intellectual discourse and shady jabs at one another’s journalistic ethics, things are about to get far more personal between Alexis and Gregory — and we’re not sure how Finn will feel about that. Still, fans are loving the scholarly sparring going on between this pair, and they feel Gregory is much better suited to match Alexis’ wit than Shawn Butler (Sean Blakemore) would have been.
Alexis Davis and Hamilton Finn Almost Happened
Just a few years ago, Alexis and Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) danced around a budding romance of their own. Alas, after a one-night stand, the pair realized they were truly meant to be just friends. Finn was very much captured by his adoration of Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), and Alexis was still reeling with trauma over her ex, Julian Jerome (William deVry), and just beginning to get sober, again.
Nevertheless, after Alexis licked her wounds a bit from another failed relationship that never really started and the two developed a strong and lasting friendship, helping one another through some very tough times. Finn’s venture into dating Elizabeth after Anna left him broken-hearted wouldn’t have been as easy without Alexis’ support, and he offered much encouragement to Alexis during her segue into publishing after losing her bar license.
General Hospital Spoilers — Keeping It In the Family
It’s commonplace to date the whole family when living in Port Charles. Alexis is no exception. A one-night stand with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) left the hotshot then-attorney pregnant with her daughter Kristina Davis (Lexi Ainsworth). Alexis soon fell for a fellow attorney, Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) — who would turn out to be Sonny’s half-brother he never knew he had.
Alexis married Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth), but their union was short-lived. However, a drunken night led Alexis back into Ned’s arms not too long ago and rocked the foundation of their friendship. Ned is trying to put the affair behind him alongside his current wife, Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero), who is mother to Leo Quartermaine (Easton Rocket Sweda) — the biological son of Julian, Alexis’ other ex-husband.
Speaking of Alexis’ ex-husbands, remember her marriage of convenience to Jasper Jacks (Ingo Rademacher)? It paired nicely with her love affair with his brother, Jerry Jacks (Sebastian Roché) later on.
