In fact, Nancy did what she did best and that was take to social media to set the record straight altogether.
For the longest time, it was rumored online that Nancy was getting the boot by the producers of General Hospital just because she keeps voicing her opinion about the state of the country and makes it clear that she doesn’t respect anyone who doesn’t hold the same values as she does.
That’s why a lot of people assumed Nancy might have been causing some problems behind the scenes, as there’s no way that General Hospital doesn’t want to lose viewers because of the things that Nancy says and does.
That might have been the reason why Nancy Lee Grahn decided to take to social media to clear the air on what might be going on behind the scenes.
What’s Next For Nancy Lee Grahn?
The actress shared a photo of herself from the studios of the hit ABC soap and captioned her post with, “While we are all stupefied & enraged by the daily onslaught of fascists setting America on fire, we need to find moments of grace.”
She also added, “My moment is everyday I get to pull into my parking space at ABC studios. I’m so ridiculously grateful for my work. God Bless @generalhospitalabc @hulu@abc and our loyal viewers.”
So far the producers of General Hospital have not made any comments about the matter, although at this point it’s doubtful that anything will be said.
As vocal as Nancy Lee Grahn sometimes is about her political opinions, Alexis Davis is still very much a legacy character. Getting rid of Alexis is one risk that the producers simply don’t want to take. Or at least, not right now. Watch this space for more.
