Maurice adores all of his kids, but Joshua, who seems supportive of his dad’s anxiety and bipolar disorder, seems extra special. Although he appeared as Adam on the show in 2022, he’s not always in the public eye. However, fans do know that he loves to sing and make music. And that’s where the good news comes in.
Sharing a reel on Instagram of Joshua with his guitar on Thursday, Maurice told his GH followers:
My son @jjbenard doesn’t like me to put things up. Sometimes he even gets upset. But good things are happening for him and I’m a proud dad.
Next, he revealed that Joshua’s in talks “with very exciting people and he has his EP coming out soon.” Full of admiration after listening to some of his son’s songs, the real-life Sonny Corinthos said, “I truly am a fan. There’s nothing like a real singer songwriter.”
Asking his own followers to support his son, Maurice requested that folks “give him a lot of support [on] TikTok.”
