General Hospital spoilers claim Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) is wrapped up in a he-said-she-said game of tattling, and who comes out on top remains to be seen. Rumor has it the end is nowhere in sight for this storyline. Ned may wake up from his coma soon, but he’s not going to be feeling like his old self. To make matters worse, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) won’t have to confess her sins to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) just yet when it appears Ned isn’t going to do so for her. The time this buys her could spare her in the end when the real truth comes out — that Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) beat Nina to the punch that day and reported Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison! To the SEC hours before Nina did. Oops! Will Nina skate by without anyone having to know what she did or didn’t do?
General Hospital Spoilers — Ned Bears the Brunt of It
When Ned comes to, we aren’t sure he will even know who he is, much less anyone else. Rumors are swirling that he could come to think he’s trapped in another era of his life. While revisiting the life and times of Ned Ashton and Eddie Maine sounds fun, Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) may not have a place in Ned’s spontaneously new life. That would delight Tracy, and it could get Olivia digging into Tracy’s report that Drew assaulted Ned, among other things. Just what is Tracy up to? Asking that question could reveal she was the rat all along — and she let her own son take the blame for it.
General Hospital Updates – Intention Matters
Of course, Sonny isn’t going to care whose tip was most effective. The fact that Jona still tried to see to it that Carly went to federal prison is going to be enough to ruin her relationship with the mafia kingpin. Sonny doesn’t do betrayal and disloyalty. Nor does he tolerate being lied to by the woman he loves. Nina might have been too late to the party for her too to matter, but it is the intention behind it — to harm Carly, an integral part of his world and family — that will make his stomach churn.
Will Nina Be in the Clear?
When all attention is diverted to Tracy, and everyone is busy blaming her for being an allegedly horrible mother who threw her own son under the bus for something he didn’t do, Nina will just be relieved that their attention isn’t on her. The paranoia that comes with knowing Ned knows the truth about her somewhere in his broken mind isn’t going to dwindle anytime soon. For Nina, she may breathe a sigh of relief that Tracy is in the hot seat instead of her, but she knows there is no guarantee she won’t end up there. I hope so..It's time to stop making a ruin of Nina character...
Writers definitely have been taking viewers on a wild ride with the Nina - SEC foolishness, but it would be just as bad if Tracy actually initiated the report for Ned to be blamed. The convolution of story lines is getting too much and believable is no where in sight. Why have it being suggested for such a long period of time Nina was the one who turned the two in to raise so much contention on this site and then the reveal Tracy did the deed first??? I just may have to join GF in her vacation from GH in order to regain my sanity.
