Olivia had been out of the country helping Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) to look for Holly Sutton (Emma Samms). Ned had thought that Olivia was having an affair with Robert when he and Alexis had the one-nightstand. Olivia has tried to forgive Ned but has not been able to.

Olivia is angry with Ned because he believes that Leo needs to get tested. Olivia has decided that she wants to get a divorce from Ned. She feels that Ned has betrayed her trust in Leo.

Olivia may turn to Robert to help her with her problems with Ned and Leo. Robert may help Olivia to decide if she wants to get a divorce from Ned and get Leo tested.
