General Hospital (GH) Spoilers: Nina Loses Wiley, Timing Of Brook Lynn’s Pregnancy No Coincidence?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) bonded with her grandson. Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) told her she’s a natural. However, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) had a warning. The timing of Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s’ (Amanda Setton) pregnancy isn’t a coincidence and ties in with this story.

Brook Lynn Quartermaine Pregnant

GH spoilers reveal that Setton is coming back as Brook Lynn next month. The last we saw of her, she pulled out a pregnancy test. So, it seems a given that Brook Lynn will be carrying Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) child. The timing of Brook Lynn returning to Port Charles and being pregnant is probably no coincidence and could tie in with Nina’s story.

GH Spoilers: Carly Corinthos’ Threat

Nina got her first visit with her grandson, Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson). She bonded with the little boy immediately and it’s clear he filled a void in her heart. Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) mentioned how Nina was a natural with babies. They seemed satisfied with how the bonding was going, but that could change. If Michael and Willow become concerned at any time, Carly Corinthos’ (Laura Wright) could make good on her threat.

Nina Reeves Loses Grandson?

General Hospital spoilers reveal that Nina wants nothing more than for Carly to suffer. It is speculated that Nina will find out that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is alive. However, she could keep this to herself. It would prolong Carly’s pain and grief, but the truth always comes out eventually in soaps. If and when Carly finds out Nina knew and kept it a secret, the war between the two women could really blow up. It is teased that Nina could end up losing Wiley, which will be like a dagger in her heart.

General Hospital Spoilers: Valentin Cassadine’s Baby Gift

If Nina loses Wiley, she will have to live with the empty hole in her heart, which is pretty unbearable. Here’s where Brook Lynn’s baby probably comes into play. Valentin will learn that Brook Lynn is pregnant with his child, whether she tells him or not. Valentin will do anything for Nina and he’s not afraid of crossing lines to accomplish his goals. He could end up getting Brook Lynn’s baby, whether he takes custody, adopts the child, or even steals it. Who knows, maybe Nina will mastermind the whole plan and promise him they can be a family together.

When one woman loses a baby and another one ends up pregnant, the stories are usually connected. So, we find Carly’s threat a foreshadowing. Plus, with Setton’s return as Brook Lynn and the character being pregnant, there’s just no way it’s a coincidence. We’re just not exactly sure how the plots will weave together, but we will find out soon enough! What do you think happens with Nina, Carly, Brook Lynn, and Valentin?

  • I'm so done with Nina she deserves to lose everything.Tired of her and her playing the innocent victim all the time.

  • Brooklynn may want to give up the baby since she wants a career in music. It would be difficult for her with a baby. She may ask Valentine to take the child and he will and Nina will want to be a part in its life. Whatever it takes for this crazy story in progress right now to be over.

  • Nina should tell Carly that Sonny is alive n have her find Sonny n he will get his memories back. Valentin n Brooklyn should both share custody, that would keep the storyline going.

  • I had a very hard time warming up to the character of Nina when Michelle Stafford went back to Y&R. I loved Cynthia Watros as Annie Dutton on "Guiding Light" but the character of GH's Nina is a complete 180 from Annie.

However I have warmed up to her now in the role of Nina and I am sorry she doesn't seem to be very popular here by the posts I have read. At any rate, I think most will agree that Brook Lynn doesn't seem to have a maternal bone in her body and I can see her returning, putting up little resistance when Valentin wants to take the baby "off her hands" (for money or some other type of "compensation" of course) and he and Nina (who WILL reconcile) will enjoy their little family with Charlotte AND the new baby.

GH is on fire right now............
