General Hospital spoilers tease that Laura Collins (Genie Francis) left Port Charles in a very different place than what she will return home to. Since she’s been gone, a serial killer has begun terrorizing Port Charles using a hook as a weapon. One person, Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) has already died and more are sure to follow. Laura will certainly want to return home since she is still the mayor to lead the city through this nightmare. But she may not be coming alone.

Laura left town weeks ago after she found out that her mother, Lesley Webber’s (Denise Alexander) house had burned down. Laura left Port Charles immediately to help her mother relocate to a new place. But that was several weeks ago and Laura still hasn’t returned, even though her grandson was sent back to prison. What could be keeping Laura away from her job and her family for so long?
GH Spoilers – Has Lulu Spencer Begun To Recover?
Perhaps Lesley isn’t the only family member Laura has to care for. If her daughter, Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) has finally started showing signs of recovering from her brain injury, then that is most likely where Laura might be. As viewers may remember, Lulu was injured in an explosion at the Haunted Star almost two years ago and has been comatose ever since. Perhaps Laura has been helping Lulu regain her strength and is planning on bringing her back home with her!
General Hospital Spoilers – Lulu Spencer Could Finally Reunite With Her Family!
Although Laura will likely have clued Lulu in on all the changes that have occurred in Port Charles, even she may not be aware of just how serious things have gotten between Lulu’s ex-husband Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zomprogna) and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco). Dante has recently moved in with Sam and is even considering selling the house he shared with Lulu. This will be a lot to take in, so look for Lulu to have a lot of questions about what’s been going on while she’s been in the coma.

I do feel that now Dante/Sam have moved in together that Lulu will wake up and come home. But how it will all play out is left to be seen. More than sure Dante still has feelings for Lulu and viewers know that Lulu still had feelings for Dante just before she went into the coma. As with Portia/Curtis a question in the closet about Dante's past that may deter Sam from their current pairing. Sam/Dante aren't an interesting pairing perhaps Lulu waking up is the best path for Dante to follow that is if Cody's revelation doesn't interfere with his relationship with Lulu also.
