General Hospital’s Ingo Rademacher continues the drama even if he is no longer playing Jasper Jacks on General Hospital. What has happened since Rademacher filed suit on December 13th?
General Hospital – Rademacher Feels He Has Been Wronged
General Hospital’s Rademacher sued ABC for wrongful termination when he refused to comply with ABC and Disney’s vaccine mandate in November. Rademacher claims that the vaccine mandate is unconstitutional and that he should not have lost his job. Rademacher filed for a religious exemption to the mandate which was denied by the company. Rademacher’s complaint is ten pages long and relies on the premise that ABC does not have the right to force medical treatment upon employees against their will.
Rademacher further claims that the company has to offer a religious exemption to any treatment thing are demanding an employee have. The company cannot discriminate against religions or question anyone’s sincerity in their religious claims. Rademacher is claiming over $25000 worth of damages due to ABC denying his religious exemption. Rademacher is sure his claims can be proven in court.
GH– Rademacher’s Religious Exemption Request
General Hospital’s Rademacher has included in his complaint email to Disney’s HR department. Rademacher stated in his request “I am entitled to a religious exemption against mandatory vaccination for Covid-19 on the basis of my deeply and sincerely held moral belief that my body is endowed by my creator with natural processes to protect me and its integrity cannot ethically be violated by the administration of artificially created copies of genetic material, foreign to nature and experimental. “
General Hospital – Rademacher Is Frustrated
General Hospital’s Rademacher interviewed with Fox host Tucker Carlson on December 15th. Rademacher discussed conservative castmates who privately voiced their support and then complied with the mandate anyway. Rademacher believes that if everyone had stood up with him Disney would have canceled the show. In the end, Steve Burton, who also lost his job for not complying, is the only one who stood by Rademacher in the end. This is ironic considering that their characters have never seen eye to eye over Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright).
Presently, Rademacher is the only one who has filed suit although Burton was fired too. Of course, Rademacher and former castmate, Nancy Lee Grahn, have taken potshots at each other back and forth for some time. Nancy and Ingo are on opposite sides of the spectrum when it comes to Covid-19. Rademacher and Grahn are also on opposite ends of the political spectrum as well. Rademacher is an avid Trump Supporter and Grahn is a Democrat.

Why do you say, Ingo is a Trump supporter and Nancy is a Democrat? What does this have to do with Trump?
Even if he is a Trump supporter, why didn’t they say, Nancy is a Biden supporter?
Trump didn’t create the vaccine or mandate it, and Trump is for the vaccine, so this gossip rag is completely bias and wrong.
I applaud Ingo for his stance and determination. Steve Burton as well. Have watched GH since 1977. There have been good stories and not so good stories, however, that's just it. It's a soap opera. There are many of us who do not support the vaccine or the way it's being shoved down our throats. Many of us aren't allowed
to discuss these types of topics at work. I realize that all of the actors are that....actors. They are people with lives and feelings and problems like anyone else. But as such, I don't feel they have any right to disrespect their fellow co-workers. Acting is there job. Period. It's sad that politics has entered and ruined some many facets of our lives. I again want to way that I think what Ingo is doing is brave and smart. I for one appreciate a level headed, well thought out position.
Thanks to Ingo for standing up and saying what so many other of us believe to.
Ingo has to be stopped at least now bytge press. Enough!! He's gone & now thanks to his lawsuit he's never coming back so let's stop writing about him PLEASE
OH HELL NO!!! Please follow Ingo. Please follow his fight for medical and personal freedom. He is probably the most important soap actor on TV right now. He isn't playing a part. He's fighting in real life. Most of us support him, though some will never admit it.
I think they were a lot of the show because they're so good and the show's going to get hurt because of it and they shouldn't have to take the shot if they don't want to they're the only one in danger of getting something if the shot works so well nobody else should be worried about it
I agree with what your saying!! My question is WHY can't INGO, and Jason get tested each time they are appearing on GH ?? If your playing a sport, and not vaccinated they test you before you play correct?? I'll miss both of them, they made this Soap Very Interesting!! My favorite Actor is Jason, but Ingo was right up there...I've just about given up on GH, Way to many Storylines all at Once ya get dizzy trying to figure who's Up To What....So maybe I'll go back to cleaning the house when they are on, I'm from Mass. and they are on from 2pm-3pm so I'll clean then, and watch ELLEN from 3p-4p instead...
He’s right this is America. We should not be forced to take things into our body. He just should have been tested 3-4 times a week. They took away the man’s living. I hope he wins his law suit.
You go Jax!! I agree with your case and hope you get every penny you're asking for! It's totally ridiculous for anyone to force somebody to put anything in their body they don't want! Good luck! Love you on GH and want you back on there!!! ???
I’m proud of him for standing up for his beliefs. No one should be fired for not taking a shot that is still in the research mode. It was supposed to be only for emergency pandemics. They are using people for Guinea pigs. Not ok in my book. I have more respect for myself, my body, than to let anyone put poison in my body without a fight.
I absolutely ? support him and his law suit. No company should ever be able to require an employee under go a medical procedure, or take an experimental medication. They should made to pay out the remainder of his contract and attorney fees. With the available data on the vaccine, it's NOT safe. Companies who have managed to get employees to comply, should be held liable for all medical damages, treatments and on-going care of those employees. I really hope that the courts do the right thing and set the example for boundaries.
