General Hospital (GH) Spoilers: Drew’s Prison Sentence Is the Beginning Of The End For Him And Carly

General Hospital: Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison)

General Hospital spoilers suggest fans were left stunned when Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) unexpectedly pleaded guilty to insider trading. Little did he know that his decision would result in a harsher sentence than anticipated, leaving everyone, including his attorney Zeke Robinson (Gavin Houston), bewildered. While Drew’s focus initially revolves around his separation from his young daughter, his relationship with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) is about to face its own set of challenges. Carly will be determined to stand by Drew’s side throughout his sentence, but that’s an easy promise to make when she doesn’t have many other options hanging around. When that changes, her feelings might, too.

General Hospital Spoilers — She Only Has Eyes For Drew

Carly — initially opposed to Drew’s plan to turn himself in — couldn’t dissuade him from sacrificing himself for her sake. Acting out of love, Drew made the difficult decision to plead guilty without consulting Carly. Thus, he found himself facing a two-year sentence in Pentonville, a far cry from the expected six months at Spring Ridge. Carly’s initial response to Drew’s sentencing will be a commitment to wait for him, regardless of the two-year separation. She will vow to stand by his side, hoping that their love can withstand the challenges that lie ahead. However, time has a way of changing circumstances, and Carly’s resolve will be tested.

General Hospital Updates – Someone Else Will Be In Carly Spencer’s Corner

An unexpected turn of events awaits Carly on the outside when the truth comes out about what Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) has done. Nina has been scrambling to keep her secret under wraps, knowing if Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) knew she tried to put Carly in prison, their engagement would be finished. When Nina’s actions come to light, her decision to turn Drew and Carly into the SEC will be seen as an unforgivable betrayal in Sonny’s eyes. Cutting ties with Nina will also leave him in search of a new companion.

Nina Reeves Is Out; Is Carly Spencer In?

Carly and Sonny’s situations will be far from the same. Nina actually betrayed Sonny while Drew went to bat for Carly in a way no one ever has before. The truth about Nina’s betrayal and Sonny’s newfound freedom may lead Carly to question her own desires to have a man in her life who can actually be present with her. Furthermore, Carly will find it hard not to feel vindicated when Sonny realizes Nina was the bad apple Carly insisted she was all along. If these two can finally see eye to eye on that, Sonny may come to regret some of the choices he has made and could find himself seeking another chance with his ex-wife. The question is, will Carly indulge him? Let us know what you think and keep checking back every day for more GH news and spoilers.

Frustrated and running out of time, Ava needed a new plan, and that’s just what Austin gave her. Ava has nothing personal against Pilar, but it did seem like the nanny was slightly suspicious of Ava when she showed up at the penthouse. Ava needs to cover her tracks and get the right person into that job who can unearth what she’s looking for. She just never imagined Carly would agree with her. Well, sort of. […]

  2. […] General Hospital spoilers reveal Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) wants Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) to move in with him. We’ve gotta be honest; this sounds a wee bit crowded, but we’re rolling with it. Rumor has it Trina may actually consider revising her living arrangements soon. After leaving her dorm for the summer, she was not ready to move back in with Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and her new stepdad-turned-bio-dad, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner). Josslyn ‘Joss’ Jacks (Eden McCoy) suggested that her bestie move in with her and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) for the summer, but there is a lot of drama happening at Carly’s place lately. Spencer could offer Trina a temporary respite from it, but will she take him up on his offer if it means sharing space with Esmé Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl)? […]
