General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal there are three must-see moments next week. From April 25 to 29, Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) takes drastic action when she’s caught red-handed. Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) spies on Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez). Plus, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) tells Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) that it’s too late.
General Hospital Spoilers – Harmony Miller’s Extreme Action
GH spoilers for the week of April 25 reveal that Harmony gets caught red-handed. Plus, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) decides to pay a visit to Alexis Davis (temporarily being played by Stephanie Erb) at home. When Carly shows up, Alexis isn’t alone, though. Carly will show up as Harmony is coming completely unglued over her killer secrets.
It is teased that Harmony will take drastic action. A photo on Instagram by Erb shows her face all marked up. The actress, who is filling in for Nancy Lee Grahn, teased that TV hurts. Then, a photo of Carly in Soap Opera Digest shows a mark on her cheek.
So, we have to wonder if Harmony attacks both Alexis and Carly. That would certainly go along with the spoiler of Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) rushing to the hospital.
General Hospital Updates – Esme Prince’s Suspicion
Another must-see moment next week features Esme and Spencer. Recently, Spencer shared his plan with Cameron Webber (William Lipton). Even though Cameron has been sworn to secrecy, it’s coughing problems with Josslyn and Trina. However, the two college girls won’t be the only ones wondering about Spencer.
Expect Esme to eavesdrop on Spencer. Will she end up overhearing Spencer talking to Cameron about his plan? If so, that could lead to big trouble for Spencer and Trina.

General Hospital spoilers for the week of April 25 reveal that Esme’s eavesdropping could be connected to what happens to Trina. It is teased that Trina is alone at the gallery when she hears a door closing. It could just be Ava, Josslyn, or even Spencer. However, it also could be Esme, which means that Trina is in grave danger.
Marshall Ashford Confronted
Another must-see moment next week features Marshall. Curtis has learned the truth about his father from Selina Wu (Lydia Look). Curtis confronts Marshall and the conversation will get explosive. It is teased that Curtis tells Marshall that it’s too late.
However, don’t expect Marshall to leave Port Charles as he planned. Marshall might not have a chance with Curtis anymore. However, he is making strikes with Trina and TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow). Plus, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) worry about how Marshall’s plan is affecting Curtis.

I am truly over this storyline of Trina being Esme’s victim. Frankly, I want the character gone it like looking at GOT on GH where evil is supreme. Esme’s game need to stop this is over kill with the crazy mean girl innocent act. I seriously scroll ahead cause watching her make me angry. Seriously, Esme Prince and Peter August would have made a great pair.
