General Hospital Comings & Goings March 24-28: Debut Alert, Legacy Character Gets More Airtime
General Hospital (GH) spoilers indicate the week of March 24-28 will offer some interesting bombshells and explosive plot twists, as new characters enter the canvas and others return. Check out some massive casting changes that take place over the next five days, below.
Daniel Cosgrove Joins The Cast
Soap opera veteran Daniel Cosgrove joined General Hospital this week on Friday, March 21 playing Councilman Ezra Boyle. Cosgrove has been on four previous daytime dramas during his career, starting with All My Children, playing Scott Chandler, from 1996 to 1998.
In addition, he played Bill Lewis on The Guiding Light, as well as Chris Hughes on As the World Turns. Soap fans last saw Cosgrove in soap action playing villain Aiden Jennings on Days of Our Lives from 2014 to 2016.
The actor is also familiar from his primetime work on Beverly Hills 901210 as “Matt” from 1998 to 2000.
Fans can expect to see more of Ezra in the days and weeks ahead, involved in a storyline with Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison). Cosgrove will be seen once again this Wednesday, March 26 as he has scenes with Port Charles mayor, Laura Collins (Genie Francis).
Emma Drake Takes Drastic Action
General Hospital fans may be happy to learn that Emma Drake will get more time on the canvas, as Braedyn Bruner will be on screen during the Friday, March 28 episode. Emma will take drastic action regarding a situation, so what could this be about?
In related news, Valentin Cassadine will be seen during the week of March 24-28, as his run with the soap continues. It’s hard to say if and when he’ll wrap things up with the soap anytime soon, but he will be on hand for the Monday, March 24 show when he turns to Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) with a request.
