General Hospital Comings & Goings March 17-21: Leading Man Returns, Mystery Man Debuts, Oh Mama!
General Hospital (GH) spoilers indicate the week of March 17-21 will offer some interesting bombshells and explosive plot twists, as some characters exit the canvas and some return.

Valentin Cassadine’s Run
Fans saw the return of Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) during the week of March 10-14, and this storyline has offered its fair share of drama.
While it’s clear that Charlotte is back in Port Charles and here to stay, for now, what about Valentin? Viewers saw him up to no good, looming around Jack Brennan’s (Chris McKenna) hotel room during the Friday, March 14 episode, and audiences can expect to see him continue his run on General Hospital during the week of March 17-21.
Mystery Man Debuts
Over in Miami, General Hospital spoilers confirm that fans will see more of “Marco”, the new romantic interest of Lucas Jones (Van Hansis), who debuted on the Thursday, March 13 episode. Actor Andre Anchondo has entered the contract role, and audiences can sense there is far more to “Marco’s” story than meets the eye.
There were certainly sparks between the two men on Thursday; however, it does sound like Marco has a secret, so fans will have to tune in to see where this relationship goes.
Welcome Back, Gloria Cerullo!
General Hospital fans were pleasantly surprised to see Ellen Travolta reprise her role as Gloria Cerullo, this past week. They were even more shocked to learn that Brook Lynn Quartermaine-Chase’s (Amanda Setton) grandmother and Lois Cerullo’s (Rena Sofer) mother played a role in Gio Palmieri’s (Giovanni Mazza) secret adoption.
The last time fans saw Gloria, she was in town celebrating BLQ’s marriage to Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) in May 2024. Now it seems, she’ll be part of the explosive aftermath of the Gio secret reveal.
Ellen Travolta stepped into the Gloria role from 1994 to 1996 and also appeared on the soap in 2023.
