New Character Alert
General Hospital spoilers confirm a new character is about to hit the little town.
According to reports, Troy Lennon Appel will soon be entering the canvas in a contract role, as “Hudson”, a businessman with some shady ties.
Appel is slated to debut on Thursday, July 30. While GH marks Appel’s first job in the land of soaps, fans may recognize him from movie roles.
The actor has been in Blackmail, Legally Blonde, Revenge Best Served Chilled, as well as Lies and Murder.
Appel has already started filming on the ABC soap, and told TV Insider the following about his experience on General Hospital so far:
“Everyone (at GH) is very professional; They’re on top of every intricate part of this very established, well-oiled machine, and I’m just trying to keep up and not halt the process in any way.”

Rocco Falconeri, played by Finn Carr, will be seen during the Thursday, June 18 episode, as the teen makes a shocking discovery.
The last fans saw of Rocco, weeks ago, he skipped Port Charles with Dr. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) as his surrogate mom was aiming to protect him from WSB Director Ross Cullum’s (Andrew Hawkes) wrath.
Britt will likely be shown on canvas, as well as Rocco, since they are both together and on the run, so only time will tell.
Fan favorite, Kristina Wagner will get more screentime as Felicia Scorpio during the week of June 15-19, as well.
General Hospital spoilers for the Friday, June 19 episode note Felicia will offer words of encouragement for someone who needs it. So “Felicia-like”, right?
