General Hospital (GH) Spoilers: Mental Health Woes Take Their Toll on the Quartermaine Family — And So Will Tracy
General Hospital (GH) spoilers divulge the Quartermaine family grappling with not only their notorious cut-throat business dealings but also personal turmoil. Amidst all the chaos, one particular twist has left everyone on edge. Will Ned Quartermaine’s (Wally Kurth) split personality have lasting implications? Waking up and insisting he is Eddie Maine is not what the family expected following Ned’s accident. Hearing Dr. T.J. Ashford (Tajh Bellow) relay that Ned could be stuck in this rock star purgatory for a while was hard for everyone to digest. As they attempt to adjust to life with Eddie Maine, it’s going to throw each of his family members some painful curve balls.
General Hospital Spoilers — Tracy Quatermaine Focuses On What She Can Control
Ned rushed to expose Nina Reeves’ secret after overhearing her panicking to Martin ‘Marty’ Grey (Michael E. Knight) about her participation in the SEC lead on Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and her beau, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). Of course, he was interrupted by unforeseen circumstances — and now, he’s Eddie Maine. Surprise! Drew and Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot), eager to hear Ned’s bombshell revelation, were left hanging as fate intervened. Little did they know that this interruption would be the catalyst for an astonishing turn of events. Now, Tracy is still questioning what it was that had Ned so fired up that he nearly died on his way to spill his news to Drew. Is Tracy’s curiosity just that, or is she concerned that Ned may have unearthed the truth about Nina’s involvement — something she is already aware of?
General Hospital Updates – Brook Lynn Quatermaine Might Embrace Eddie
Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) is devastated that her father doesn’t even remember who she is, but she’s going to try her hardest to zero in on the man underneath it all that she believes she can still connect to. Eddie Maine wasn’t an entirely different person, but just another angle to her dad, and she knows he is still lurking somewhere behind those brown eyes. If Eddie wants to sing, then Brook Lynn is going to give him the mic. Reeling him in as her next big musical act will serve to keep him in Port Charles and at the Q mansion, and any fame she rakes in alongside it is just gravy. But will Tracy balk at Brook Lynn’s attempts to segue back into music when she’s supposed to be working at Deception and reporting back to her granny like a good little espionage expert?
Olivia Quatermaine Will Be Left Reeling
As Ned grapples with his split personality, his family will be left reeling from the emotional fallout, and no one will bear a greater burden than Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero). Bound to feel like she has lost her husband, she will grieve his absence while also trying to stand by his side as he continues to push her away. She’s no Lois Cerullo (Lesli Kay), after all. Tracy isn’t going to lend the support that Olivia needs; far from it, in fact. When questions come up about Ned’s ELQ shares and how the family business is supposed to carry on while he is otherwise incapacitated, Tracy is going to buck efforts to leave his vote in Olivia’s hands. Look for more drama on the homefront as Eddie settles in back at the Q mansion and Tracy upends everyone’s lives.
