General Hospital spoilers, news, and updates tease that William de Vry has some exciting news to share with his fans. The actor, who used to play Julian Jerome on the soap, is joining the cast of NBC’s Quantum Leap.
So far, the only detail shared was that he’ll be appearing in the primetime drama’s second season. Further announcements are yet to come.
Quantum Leap is a primetime drama that was based on Donald P. Bellisario’s original show. The new series is being developed by Bellisario, along with Steven Lilien and Bryan Wyndbrandt. It premiered on September 19, 2022, and was renewed for season 2 last December 2022.
The American science fiction television series is set 30 years after Dr. Sam Beckett entered the Quantum Leap accelerator. The previous show ended after season five. In the new show, Raymond Lee takes on the role of Dr. Ben Song and Caitlin Bassett, Mason Alexander Park, Nanrisa Lee, and Ernie Hudson.
Will Victor Cassadine Eliminate Esme Prince For Good?
Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) may try to eliminate anything that comes his way especially when it involves Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay). He wants the child to have a future that doesn’t include Esme Prince (Avery Pohl).
Esme has caused a lot of trouble, and the fact that she’s against the Cassadines now may force Victor to get rid of her for good. Victor is busy dealing with a lot of problems right now, but he may spend some time coming up with a plan to eliminate Esme.
Esme may wind up fearing for her life once Victor orders a hit on her. The question now is will Victor use deadly force to get Esme out of the way?
Will Nikolas Be Taken, Hostage?
Fans may recall that Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) took Esme prisoner and locked her in the north tower of Wyndemere when she was pregnant. Instead of turning her into the authorities, he thought that he could handle the baby news, but his plan didn’t work out.
Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey) is looking after Nikolas as he stays in the hospital unconscious and on life support. But Mason may tell his boss once Nikolas regains consciousness. And when that happens, he may get transferred and kept hostage, just like what he did to Esme.
