General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that John Wagner is open to returning to the daytime drama if given a chance. The actor opened up about a possible return in an interview with Soap Opera Digest podcast, Dishing With Digest.
Jack Wagner Is Open To Returning to Port Charles
Fans may recall that Wagner played the role of Frisco Jones on General Hospital in the early 1980s. The last time he appeared in the soap was back in 2013, during the show’s golden anniversary.
“I love General Hospital. I will always honor that show and its fans…It gave me my first big job…I would absolutely come back!” the actor said. The actor expressed that he’s open to returning to the sudser for its 60th anniversary next year.
Aside from General Hospital, the actor appeared on other hit shows such as Melrose Place, The Bold and the Beautiful, and When Calls the Heart.
General Hospital Spoilers: More Evidence Pile Up Against Trina
Fans know that Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) is innocent. She wasn’t the one who leaked the video. However, Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) is hellbent on framing her for the crime. As time goes by, evidence keeps on piling up against her.
Spoilers hint that the authorities will find more proof that Trina is guilty. It may have something to do with the phone that Esme planted to make sure that Trina goes down for the leak.
However, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) will talk to Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and plead to follow his instincts. The latter knows in his gut that Trina isn’t responsible for the crime. Jordan may try to convince him to follow other leads and uncover the real culprit.
Carly Thinks Esme Is The Real Culprit
Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) believes that Esme is to blame for Trina’s legal problems. She’ll vent out on Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) about her suspicions and she’ll also wonder who Esme will be after next.
Carly wants to put a stop to Esme’s schemes. However, it’ll be easier said than done because the evidence is piling up against Trina. So, she may ask Sam to snoop around and get some intel from Dante. Sam may end up on Dante’s bad side for being too nosy. Will they manage to help Trina? Will they find something that will expose Esme’s schemes?
