General Hospital Dropped The Ball Without Nelle
Since the start, finally revealing the identity of Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) daughter and making her a character that was already presumed dead has been maddening. The fallout could never be complete because we could never see mother and daughter together. Instead, all we have gotten has been Nina talking to Nelle Benson’s (Chloe Lanier) grave for nearly 18 months.
So, GH then decided Nina should have another daughter that is actually alive, so they gave her Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen). The problem is, just like with Nelle, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) is keeping it a secret. The second problem — Willow may not be alive for long now that she has leukemia and will almost certainly need the requisite bone marrow transplant.
Nelle Would Be A Perfect Match For Willow
After Carly is forced to reluctantly admit that Nina is Nelle’s mother in a bid to save her life, what if it turns out that Nina is not a match and Nelle is? Of course, Nelle would have to be undead for this and that can very easily happen because we just heard that Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) was going to identify her body. We never actually saw him do it.
There really is no other way to tell Willow’s story unless her twin was there. We need confrontations between the two characters. We need soap opera cathartic moments between the mother who was forced into a coma by her own mother for two decades and the two children her mother gave away.
This convoluted and emotional story is the stuff soaps are made of but we actually have to witness the fallout between all characters involved. For that, Nelle needs to be alive, and what better way to give her even a hint of a redemption arc than to have her give her twin bone marrow? Of course, knowing Nelle, that would have to be in exchange for something. Money perhaps? Or maybe even Wiley because she really is that deliciously demented. We do NOT NEED TO BRING NELLE INTO THIS. She is an insignificant part of the story, just more whining for Nutty Nina about HER DAUGHTER. PLEASE let Willow NOT be hers and let SASHA actually be her spawn. They are so alike, down to their manic tendencies..
Willow story can be told without nelle &Nina thes people don't have be related to her .Nina ,nelle &esme shoIld and could be related. Willow can be any ones daughter, Lucy, Maxie mom . You can give her a good mom even Ava's ca be her mom Kiki sister. Let have a real story of truth and faith not a Disqusting story.
The only,person, besides Nelle, that should be Nina’s spawn is Esme. Nina and Esme are two birds of the same feather. They deserve each other. Esme is as deceitful and as much of a liar as Nina is!!!
Esme is a Heather Webber child..Period......Ryan and Heather child completely......
We do not need Nelle, it took us way too long to get rid of her. We can still have drama without Nelle, leave her dead, PLEASE!
