Nancy Lee Grahn Never Misses A Chance To Diss Her Opponents

This week, General Hospital (GH) star Nancy Lee Grahn (Alexis Davis) stirred things up with her view on celebrity culture and politics. Actually, it was a repost by the ABC daytime star, but it keeps the conversation going. Read on to see more about it.
Very Vocal On Politics
Of course by now, most GH fans know that Nancy seems very outspoken about politics. Plus, she’s probably on opposite poles from a certain famous socialite. And, she won’t shy away giving it the side eye along with her daughter, Kate Grahn.
In mid-2024, the real life Alexis Davis took to her TikTok, which you can watch further down. At the time, it seemed that she probably slammed the testimony of Paris Hilton before Congress.
Why Was Hilton There?
If you don’t know, Hilton went there as an advocate for the “Stop Institutional Child Abuse Act.” During her responses, she shared her own abuse story.
Clearly, it didn’t impress Nancy Lee Grahn very much, because she took a swipe at it. In her repost on Instagram on Tuesday, Nancy mentioned Paris Hilton, saying the post was “in reply.” Plus, she used the hashtag #slivingmom.
The Post & Reel
Probably, the friction arose because of Nancy’s strong beliefs about politics. And, it wouldn’t be the first time she slammed the wealthy, influential or other elites.
Much like her past rants against folks like Jeff Bezos, it seems as if Nancy takes a lot of issue with any “artifice” she sees going on.
Certainly, it seemed as if the reel she posted took aim at the perceived “baby voice” Hilton used. Probably, she felt that it was all a bit too contrived.
In the reel, Kate Grahn, who some folks believe seems exactly like her General Hospital actress mom, acted out throwing wine in someone’s face. Plus, she pretended to push a dead body off the dock. And, Kate also delivered a hard slap and did some fake crying.
A Polarizing Person
Often, Nancy Lee Grahn stands accused by GH fans of being way too cynical. However, others feel she’s right on the nail with her vocalization of concerns.
Basically, it appeared that her reel questioned whether the testimony was genuine, or simply a “performance” for the cameras. Additionally, she seems against the reality of child abuse being filtered through “influencer culture.”
According to Nancy’s point of view, it might set a “dangerous precedent.” Overall, she seems to believe that things should be authentic and not involve glamour when it comes to legislative change.
