This weekend, Marcus Coloma (Nikolas Cassadine) from General Hospital joined Maurice Benard (Sonny Corinthos) on an Instagram Live. However, he tried to make the settings better and completely froze the interview. Read on to find out how ABC fans reacted.
The Live Went So Wrong
When Maurice started his live on Instagram, he sat alone, and fans liked that his hair wasn’t colored dark like it is in the show. While he waited for Marcus to join him, the real-life Sonny Corinthos tried to get his daughter on the camera. However, she refused. So, instead, he talked about his State of Mind podcast with his latest guest, Jens Austin Astrup.
Eventually, Marcus popped up on the screen. Hilariously, he had a bad “bed head,” and so did his buddy Kin Shriner (Scott Baldwin). Joking, Marcus Coloma told Maurice that he went on a “one night stand” with him, and he’d only just woken up. However, things soon started to go wrong.
Jinxing The Live
Marcus decided that the live might be better if the screen angle changed. So, he told Maurice to make it wider. Anyway, Maurice Benard admitted that he can’t do anything technical like that. So, he told Marcus to do it from his end. That only made the screen freeze up.
All fans could see was a Marcus frozen in time wearing dark shades. Every now and then, he asked if anyone could hear him. But the frozen screen stayed the same. Finally, the livestream ended with Maurice looking perplexed.
Fans React In The Comments
Kudos for Maurice not losing it while his livestream went out. Many people commented, though, because they enjoy seeing him at ease at home off the screens of General Hospital. One of them told him, “I love you on GH.”
Meanwhile, a patient follower commented, “Great live video Maurice with you, Marcus and Kin.”
