General Hospital spoilers reveal more angst for Spencer and Trina now that he is a free man walking around Port Charles she is with a boring man who is in love with her after a handful of dates.
General Hospital: Star-Crossed Romance Without Even A Kiss
Sprina fans have been waiting for well over a year for Spencer Cassadine and Trina Robinson to finally share a kiss. They have been forced to admit they have feelings for one another, but their own stubbornness and various misunderstandings keep getting in the way.
As it stands now, Spencer is finally free from Pentonville after also spending part of this year in Spring Ridge and thinks that Trina has really fallen for Boring Officer Rory Cabrera (Michael Blake Kruse). After all, he sees them having dinner and Rory gives her a gift. That must mean he doesn’t stand a chance, right?
Life Isn’t As Complicated In Real Life
It’s a good thing Nicholas Alexander Chavez and Tabyana Ali are enjoying playing this pair that just can’t seem to get it together. It’s also a good thing that the fans absolutely love them and at the recent Zoom fan event, they weighed in on their fellow PC characters. And Chavez proved that he could have fun with this question from a fan.
“Honestly, I would love to play Miss Ava Jerome,” Ali said. “That’s a woman with spice…or Ms. Lydia Look’s character [Selina Wu] but I think Ava. I would love to play her. There’s something so powerful and sensual about her and, like, the way she can get the things that she wants with just a look or even certain things says, the way she says it, the way she enunciates her words. I just love it so I would love it if I could play Ava.”
Chavez made fans laugh with his answer.
“I would have to say the moss on Carly’s counter,” he said. “The moss just brings certain energy, that I try to emulate in everything that I do. I’m so captivated by that moss’s work. Yes, Moss Corinthos is the character I would most like to play.”
If only Spencer and Trina could only make one another laugh quite as much. Stay tuned to General Hospital weekdays to see when the angst ends.
