General Hospital Spoilers: Would Curtis Plant Evidence To Frame Isaiah For The Wreck?

General Hospital spoilers and updates pose the question, would Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) plant evidence to frame Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) for the wreck? In a recent episode of the ABC soap, he told Acting District Attorney Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) he would get some evidence-did he mean manufacture and plant some?

Curtis And Portia Are Divorced, And Isaiah And Jordan Broke Up-But Curtis Is Jealous

It seems obvious that even though Curtis and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) are divorced, and Isaiah and Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) broke up a long time ago, Curtis is jealous! He honesty has no right to question or to interfere with anyone Portia is involved with, and yet he acts like he still has marital ties to her.

Of course, he diverts his distaste and distrust of Isaiah to not wanting him around his and Portia’s baby.

He also bullied Isaiah away from Jordan’s hospital room, even though Isaiah is a doctor at General Hospital.

True, at the time even Jordan shouted at Isaiah to get out of her room because she wasn’t ready for visitors-but Curtis enforced it!

Curtis Acts Like Isaiah Owns The Only German Make Black Vehicle In Port Charles

Curtis acts like Isaiah owns the only German make black vehicle in Port Charles, and when Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) gave him the update, his mind immediately went to Isaiah! Curtis is trying to make something that was a horrible accident into an intentional crime-the truth was, Jordan took her eyes off the road and suddenly saw a car coming towards them.

But it was so dark out on Route 91 that night, it was hard to say who was on the wrong side of the road, them, or the other driver! No mention was made of checking Department of Motor Vehicles records for vehicles that were black and a German make.

Whatever Happened To “Motive, Means, And Opportunity?”

Even if Curtis does manufacture and plant the evidence so a criminal case against Isaiah can go forward, the most that would happen is Isaiah is charged with not stopping to render aid.

The possible charges would be much more serious had someone died, but even then, if impact with Jordan’s car couldn’t be proven, motor vehicle homicide would be pretty difficult to prove!

But what would happen if Isaiah were proven to have been the person in the other vehicle, with it provable both vehicles swerved, and he didn’t stop, it could hurt his career.

After all, doctors take oaths to do no harm, and failure to stop and render aid in a motor vehicle accident can be extremely harmful!
